Fantastical Floral Rainbow Scarf

This delightful piece is hand blended, hand spun and crochet with a massive amount of love. My very first creation of 2024 and it has been such a pleasure to create. It consists of 14 colours of brightly coloured blended rainbow, 100% Merino fibres with a splash of hand dyed Firestar fibres to help it shimmer and shine.

Adorned with 11 sweet and simple crocheted flowers and 14 lovely little crocheted leaves, I feel it demonstrates fully natures gorgeous gifts of flora and rainbows. Both of which live extremely close to my heart. It also has a unique 3 button fastening which can be fastened in a number of ways to suit, these buttons came from my local haberdashery as I am currently unable to make my own buttons. I am proud to be supporting an independent local business as an alternative.

I choose Merino wool because it is one of the most durable of wools with it’s antibacterial, fireproof, waterproof and warmth keeping qualities. So not only will you be looking fabulous in your rainbow snuggly garment, you’ll be feeling it as well!
